Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the United Kingdom. International shipping may be added in the future.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

6. What is your return policy?

  • You can return unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging.
  • Some items (lingerie, underwear, earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
