Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items such as earrings or intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale or discounted items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit unless faulty.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
