  • We offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the sweater must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us.
  • Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Labels:

  • For Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For Non-Defective Returns (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

5. Product Condition for Returns:

  • We accept returns for sweaters that are in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

6. Restocking Fees:

  • Roz Clarke does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • For Defective Products: Roz Clarke covers the cost of return shipping.
  • For Non-Defective Returns (Customer Remorse): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products:

  • Please inspect your sweaters carefully upon receiving them.
  • If you notice any damage, inaccuracies, or defects, notify us promptly via email at support@rozclarke.com.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

9. Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
  • If you need to exchange a product, please contact us for assistance.

10. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned sweaters, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days, based on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping costs.
